do a screen capture and crop it, post to photobucket.

I use firefox and have the picnik add on which is wonderful, I can right click on any picture on any page including my email and choose the option send page to picnik, then in picnik I can save the entire thing, crop, resize, add to it, clean it up do lots of stuff to it then save it as a .jpg file then you can use that .jpg of the page to post here once you have it on your photo hosting site like imageshak or photobucket.

Mikie, That didn't work for me.

RC, I also use FF. I d/l picnik, went to the email, did a right click, but did not get the option to send page to picnik (got the usual reply, forward, etc). What am I missing?

you said there were pictures in the email right click on one of the pictures or the actual body of the email, then you should have new picnik items in your context menu one is send pic to picnik (edit), one is send page to picnik select that option. Another way to do it is to click up top on Tools then in that list send page to picnik entire page. It works for me with my hotmail, I just tried it again and was able to get the page text and all.
Picnik 2.3 that is the add on and on that page it shows you how you will have new picnik items added to your context menu.

For the first one, I had it in my MSWord files that I copy pasted into from an email a long time ago to save. I did a screen capture of it and uploaded to Photobucket.

The second one, I screen captured from my e-mail to PSP to edit. Then I uploaded to Photobucket. Photobucket resized it smaller. (crumb)

Here it is from another upload site that keeps it the same.

I'm back, but haven't made any progress.

Anywhere on the web I can right click and get Send page to picnik, or Send image to picnik, or Edit image in picnik, but in Thunderbird I don't get any of those options. I have TB 2.0.0.21 which is the latest version.

I must be jinxed!

then you will probably have to use the screen capture feature on your pc or download a screen capture program and save the file as a .jpg, save to a photo hosting site, post link from there.
