Robin, your frustration is understandable. I dare say that most of the ones that say things to you would have turned into a bunch of wusses and gone crying to Mama if they had gone through all that you have these past few years. Some people in the world are just that way but this is a big world and there are a lot of really good people in it. I hope you are keeping a journal about your journey. You may want to write a book one day. When things turn around for you, you will enjoy reading about your climb up the mountain.

Don't you wish it was possible to be a hobo on a train and just hop a car to California, no cost, all the time in the world, dinner over a small fire in the woods? I don't know if Carol's got a suitcase big enough for all of us who wish we could go with her. Carol, have a great trip! The Delta mess will disappear in your memory or at least be nothing but a funny sidebar to your tales of a fabulous trip when you look back. I so wish I'd been able to visit with you at the conference, but we're all counting on lots of stories and pictures, especially of Luanne's, Carol's and Pamela's gardens! You know, it's funny...the weather guy actually mentioned that we'd gone from normal October weather/temps directly to normal January weather/temps and completely skipped November and December! lol. I don't know, but I could swear this year is closer to what we used to get when I was a kid. I can remember snow almost touching the power lines because we used to get so much and nowhere for the road crews to put it so they just kept cutting the tops back further and further, and the hunters complaining they had to wade through waist deep snow to track the deer on Thanksgiving day, and sledding down mountains of snow! I had to ask my step-mom if I was just imagining we used to get that much and she said I wasn't - that we really did used to get it as tall as the lines. Now that I'm old, less snow seems like a much better idea. I'll just have to keep chanting - "It's protecting my plants and ws jugs, it's protecting my plants and ws jugs. Really, it is!" lol.

I think I read an earlier post that the problem might have something to do with the touchpad. If you can turn it off, do some typing, turn it on and repeat the typing exercise, maybe----- .
