How many ovens does one need?

I have read all the oven posts and know I am not the only one to struggle with this decision. I am looking for the best combination of ovens for my new kitchens. I already have the Gaggenau convection and combi steam ovens so am well covered for the cooking part. While I don't actually cook in my m/w, I have always had one for reheating, melting and defrosting. And, since I will need to use up valuable space with one, I would like to get a m/w that can be used for other purposes, such as convection cooking, like my ancient toaster oven, or even broiling - can you ever make toast in one? And finally, to complicate things, I don't have much wall space and would prefer to put this final oven below the counter. So, to sum up: small, versatile, under counter, if possible. Any suggestions?
