I do not use outlook express but just looked at it and he should be able to open outlook express, click on 'tools' then 'accounts' and click on the sister's account to highlight it then click 'delete'. That should remove the account so than he can install his.

To add his account click 'tools' then 'accounts' then 'add' which will start the new account wizard. Just fill in the blanks as the wizard leads you through the process.
