threats detected: blastro & geeksto go

My daughter had run McAfee and came up with--

Threats Detected: 2 Suspicious Websites (found to have risks)

*blastro.com

*geekstogo.com

Does she need to do something to remove these? Are they a dangerous threat to her computer?

Thanks for any information you could give me to tell her.

Try running a free Malwarebytes scan. Let it remove everything it finds. So make sure you click remove selected after scan is finished. Also after you download the free version it's important to click the update tab and let Malwarebytes update before scanning with it.

Here is a link that might be useful: malwarebytes

Thanks, zep516. I sent her your reply and the following is what she e-mailed back to me:

I updated Malwarebytes to current version & it still didn't find any threats. McAfee is the only one detecting these threats. Malwarebytes & AVG are not detecting them.

    Any other ideas?
    Thanks

Not sure what those are they don't look threatening to me. Where does McAfee find them? File path and location?

I am hoping she does not have 2 Anti Virus programs installed. AVG and McAfee if so one needs to be removed using a special tool.

If there tracking cookies I would run a program SuperAntiSpyware free. As I said don't see those as threatening.
