" Speaking of Moen (but not of faucets specifically), on the basis of a single data point, I sing the praises of Moen customer service. We purchased a Moen brand showeread (Velocity 6320) from Amazon.com on which the lever for switching from drench mode to concentrated power spray mode did not function properly. Not knowing for certain (because we had never used that model showerhead before) if the problem was operator error, we sent an inquiry -- just an inquiry -- to Moen Customer Service by email, and promptly received back by FedEx Overnight a brand new showerhead. Customer service like that should be rewarded, and -- as I am doing right now -- I am doing my part to spread the news of great customer service by Moen.

You can only use it once and then it's gone so I can't see where it was on my dell, but seems to me that in start > all programs there was a dell choice and in that there was a recovery listing. If you did not get a printed manual with the computer there is one on the hard drive. If you don't see it in the start > all programs menu search for 'manual' and you will find it. In the manual it will tell you exactly how to make the recovery disk. By the way, since you can only make one I made a copy of mine. cd's have been known to fail. If I were paranoid about it I probably would make a half dozen copies.

I have a 25VNA048 for a 2900 square feet house (basement excluded as usal). This new unit makes so much noise in cold temperatures that I just, 2 days ago, clipped the max rpm from 7000 to the minimum 4xxx. Last night and today is again a 5F type weather here and the system still keeps up with a 74F setup inside. Lowering the RPM lowers the heat output of the HP but even then it is good enough except for noise which is a bit more tolerable but not a success. I have removed the HP lockout below x following a recommandation of someone else on this site but kept the above 5F lockout for electric heat. This last one makes a huge difference on the average daily energy use but makes the system slower to respond to an Inside temperature increase in the morning for exemple. So Elena, not sure I understand why other distributors are saying not to ask toooo much from the 25VNA. Efficiency is definetly not a problem in my case (but noise is!). I was surprised to find out that the electric heat lockout does not go below 5F, I would have tested the HP system even below, altough I would have probably awaken the whole street. Just to let all know, I bought a new Carrier system with eyes nearly closed because my previous Carrier system gave me about 16 years of confort without a single real service call in the same house and I went for an entirely new Carrier because of energy efficiency. Should have opened my eyes.... Thank you all for your input, it helps circling the problem.

First off: Olympic Mountains is not the same as Fog Mist. They are close but not the same. All these colors are so close in terms of their DNA. Name: HueFamily Value Chroma Olympic Mountains: 3.56 Y 8.62 0.81 Gray Mist: 4.88 Y 8.69 0.80 Fog Mist : 2.62 Y 8.65 0.9 Winds Breath: 2.87 Y 8.57 0.88 The only real difference is that Fog Mist and Olympic Mountains sits a little closer to the Yellow-Red Hue Family than Gray Mist which sits almost in the middle of the Yellow Hue Family. The fact that you are seeing a green/yellow hue is odd and means your light is not balanced. Do not buy a full gallon without testing both. Buy Quarts. Yes it will cost you a bit, but testing is always worth it. Paint large poster boards and not the wall. Move them around during the day if you want to. The current paint color can trick your eye by "changing" the color on the board. It's best to have a neutral grey background, but even if you can't, you will get a good sense of the color in your space. Change your lightbulbs to something close to the 4000K as a warm white bulb might be what is causing every color to go murky. I just added Winds Breath to the list of Data, and it is nearly identical to Fog Mist, so they will probably act the same. A bump in Chroma (colorfulness) is what you might need to counter the murkiness. I will look for something similar to Gray Mist and get back to you. Hope this helps.
