Computer Video Tutorials

Can anyone tell me how to do a video on the computer? I'm sure you've seen them, especially in some programs that offer tutorial video on how to navigate the application. It's not screenshots and not camera video but actual video that follows the mouse movements and anything you type, also some might have voice instruction to accompany.

Here's an example. This one begins with him talking and takes a few for the video portion to get going.

Also, I saw one that was uploaded to YouTube, so I know it wasn't a Flash video.

Thanx for any suggestions.

You might look on your hard drive for Programs/Windows Media... Encoder.

Or search your drive for WMenc.exe Many PC's come with it. I'm pretty sure its a free download-able. Pretty easy program actually once you fiddle with it for an eternity. You can really get into things with it.
