music in Microsoft Office outlook help

A friend just got a new computer it uses Vista and for her email she said it is microsfot office outlook.

I have been trying to teach her how to put music in emails but I am using windows xp.

I found some things off the microsoft office site and sent her think it was for office 2003 she has 2007.

She did find some of the things it told her to click on but then she got this message.

I got to the part where I have a sound icon (and others  the photo/file one seems to work) but when I click the sound icon I get the following box:

Object was created in HTMLInlinesoundctl.

This application is not available to open this object.

Make sure application is properly installed -----

I just canÂt find how to get it (?) installed properly.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this. XP is so easy wish she had gotten it. Thanks for any help you can give me.
