Quick advice needed!

The fridge we're planning to buy is at the Sears Outlet near us for 50% off and well over $700 less than I've seen anywhere else. The problem is our remodel won't start until the first week in December.

We'd like to have the fridge installed on delivery, so we can make sure all is well. If we were to move our current fridge to the garage in order to purchase the other fridge now, we'd have to remove a cabinet above where the fridge will go (it will be replaced during the remodel, but as it is now, the fridge we want is too tall to keep the cabinet at its current size). We also won't have the cabinet panels (the fridge we want is panel ready) until early December as we don't want the finish on the panels to end up a different shade than the cabinets.

Do we buy the fridge now? Will Sears outlet stores hold paid appliances until customer is ready for delivery and installation? Should I be leery of purchasing from the Sears outlet but not delivering for a few months?
