I downloaded some videos and saved them to my desktop. When I try to left click and drag them into My Videos folder on the desktop or if I right click and try to play them I get an error message "Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close". I can not do anything else, the computer just freezes up and I have to turn it off. I have Windows XP Professional 2002. Thanks for any advice, Alma
