I'm guessing now...that once you make particular pix viewable to the public, then they are public no matter what album they are in. Doesn't seem right, but maybe I'll figure out something else later. I don't like having the writing on the pix either, but have been forced in that direction (by this site's owners- TOS) & folks who have decided they can lift my pix without asking. Just trying to make it a tad more difficult to remove my name. I'm sure there are ways around it. At least I don't put name right across the middle, like proofs. Not sure what you mean about a tripod (do you see one?)...but no, I don't use one (should, but haven't gotten there yet). Christopher, I also use Picasa. I like it, but use it for things other than forums. While I'm here & thinking about it, trying a Picasa pic, to see if it works. Each online site has its pros & cons. I started with Photobucket...no, I take that back. I started with Photopoint! Anyone recall using that one? It went bankrupt (right after collecting my membership fee)! I paid WAY too much moola to get 16 CDs of pix back from the company that took over (Sony ImageStation??)! That was back when you had to scan all your pix into your computer! Sorry, I digress! Karen, not sure if it matters about Photobucket or Yahoo. I think those & Google are interconnected now. At least, with Flickr, I know I have to make the pic viewable by the public to be seen here by all, regardless of belonging to any particular online photo-hosting site. Thanks on the Aloe! Howard, I was thinking how to eliminate yearly fees I pay. Flickr offered a terabyte of space free, with higher resolution. I think I just figured out it won't make much difference to me having a free acct with Photobucket, so I will probably keep it. I don't upload high res pix there anyway. Will have 2GB of space free (have 22GB now that I don't use). All this exercise to figure out I need do NOTHING! Ha! I like to be able to do batch thumbnails from PB. Not sure that is available at any others. I was concerned about privacy issues. I still believe people can get your pix from Flickr via Google. At the site they can't, but there are other ways. I have found my pix on the web, on other peep's sites/blogs. Not nice! I think the blue flowers are called Campanula but might be wrong. I got a couple clumps from McTavish and they multiply like crazy. I will ask her . If the clump gets too big I just weed them out. Some were hiding some of the hosta . When they quit blooming I trim them back( right now in our location) Thanks for the lovely comments , I and still uploading some on Flickr but seems to take some time unless I go to their old uploader so I don't know why this is happening but that is working for me so far. I will get some newer pictures when the sun is not shining so brightly. Now to learn how to comment between each picture but thinking I may get the idea now. Luvs, We haven't done much on the pond at all, but DH promised me the liner will go in this weekend. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. My backyard is a mess with everything laying around waiting to go in or around the new pond. I've been doing as much as I can get done on the rest of the backyard so I'll be ready to devote all of my time to the new pond. I have 3 tons of rocks waiting and need about 3 more tons. My poor back. LOL I planned my Memorial Day table in my head, but didn't get it done. I'm glad Karen posted her stacking plates. It made me feel better just to see someone else's. Kathleen, Please do post a pic of your calligraphy. Wow, 300! You sure got them done fast. How are your hands? I hope your DS's house sells quickly. Our yellow pollen is past, but we are over 9" below average for rain. We need it very badly. Tam, You've been really busy. Isn't it rewarding though to just get your hands in dirt? I saw on TV that there is something in soil that helps depression. It's hard to believe there's been so much rain in some areas and none in others. Gotta love Mother Nature! Karen, I love your tipsy tower with the painted pots and silk flowers. What a cute idea to paint the pots. I have 2 in back, one with terra cotta and the other with the plastic "terra cotta" looking pots. One tip...if you use real terra cotta put a plastic bag from the grocery inside before you add your soil. Just tear a hole in the bag over the drainage hole. It helps to keep them from drying out too quickly. I bought some large pots to do a big one in my front flower bed, but haven't gotten it done yet. I saw a pic somewhere of a tipsy tower decorated for Christmas. It was a really cute idea that I want to do also for the different holidays. Kathleen, the tipsy tower is EASY! You can use any pots you want. Jaybird, I wish the rain would rush through TX and come to NC. We're desperate. You've been super busy also. We would love to see pics of your new spread, etc. Please share. I'm wishing really hard for a day of rain so I can stay inside and sew some napkins for 4th July and save some on my water bill.

Kathleen, so glad to hear you are okay. I was really concerned because you are so close to the beach. The downed trees may take awhile to get cleared, but glad your electricity is back up and running. Isn't that just like ol' Mother Nature? She throws a big "temper tantrum" and then acts all sunny and mild the next day????? LOL I'll have to go see your Thursday ts post--would I be right in guessing that it wasn't an outside one this time? ;o) Luvs
