John you are not alone in downloading these wannabe programs. I am amazed at how many people download any security type program without first assuring the program does what it reports and is not in fact rogueware. Don't take that as a personal attack please but you offer a window here to warn lurkers about these dangers. There are just too many rogue programs purporting to be the real thing and capable of creating minor miracles no less when in fact they simply want your money. Read the interesting thread linked below from Wilders Security. I had read about this company a couple of years ago, they are located in British Columbia, Canada. Before trying to remove you will need to stop the program if it is running or you will never succeed in removal. To remove it you might try using Windows Explorer Right click on the Start button and click Explore. Look down the left side and click on 'Program files' causing the sub folders to drop down below. Now look down through these sub folders to find the file where your problem program is installed. Be sure you have the right one before moving on. You will no doubt need to expand this folder also and start by removing the sub folders now showing in the right side of your screen. If you succeed in the removal I suggest you run Crap Cleaner to remove any remnants left over from this dirty removal process. Let us know how you go John please. I googled your problem and found several sites with software to remove it. One said that Superantispyware will remove it. I am have used this program and feel free to recommend it as safe.

Hi Everyone, I have an old (10/95) craftsman opener that works fine #139.663956 / S.N. 4935A00718 In the past year I have bought 3-4 remotes that I was told would work. But did not ,and since my unit does NOT have a learn button,I am lost as to what to do. The #'s on my remote are in places worn out so I can not see all the model #'s. My wall switch (power) is model 139.53755 . Can anyone offer suggestions? I am disabled and may need someone to help me so if I can explain to them what to do,I may be able to get this new remote programed or find a suitable replacement. I recently purchased a craftsman #139.53778, but with out the learn feature on my unit and not knowing what 9 # code to use ,it to is of no help to me. Any ideas?? Thank you .

Sorry to hear about your experience. Mine is/was similar. I found several layers of wallpaper, with a skim coat in between, and then under that, it seems to have been applied directly to drywall. I have removed a lot of wallpaper in the past, but I ended up damaging the drywall in one room so badly, we decided to hire someone. I had several contractors come through who looked at the amount of wallpaper and wouldn't do it! One guy was willing and he starts this morning so I will see what magic he uses. If he has any tips, I will share.
