Which white? Subway choices

Hi everyone! We are finishing our bathroom started years (!) ago and its time to select the tiles. The house is an old brick bungalow in the Chicago area.

I'm trying to select from the three daltile whites:

0190 - Artic White - Bright, pure white

0100 - White - Creamier pigment/yellow undertones

K101 - White - White grayish /blue undertones

Yes, I overthink every detail. They are all definitely 'white' in the big scheme of things. This is a vintage style bathroom. The Artic White seems match best with the sink and toilet, but its very BRIGHT white...seems to 'new' looking for the vintage look. The 0100 is closest match to a subway ceramic tile sample and seems the most 'vintage' with its mildly yellow undertone. The K101 goes well with black accent and blends better with the Toto cotton white and the sink (herbeau) white colors...but does read a little grayish next to them. Maybe I should wait until the floor tile arrives and go with the one that matches that (its white matte glaze hex with black daisy pattern).

Any opinions?
