I think you must mean netbook? I have the Acer aspire netbook, I love it. Got mine from walmart.com for an awesome price. You will want to decide on which battery you want, I also got a plug in for the cigarette lighter which has a regular 3 prong electric outlet plug on it so I can just plug my netbook electric cable right into it. Got the ATT air card to get online. I definitely would get one that has the Intel Atom processor or the new AMD processor not the VIA. I also like the MSI Wind netbooks.

if you get a usb memory card reader ( or you may have one built into your pc) you can really easily move your pics from that memory card to the pc and or to cd or dvd. I am sure your pc has a burner on it, tell us what model the pc is and we can find that out for you. you plug the usb card reader into a usb port on the pc and put the memory card into the appropriate slot in the reader, when it opens on the pc you can choose to view the contents, once you have the folder open and can see the individual pictures you can move them individually or you can just choose to move the entire folder over to a cd. Right click on the folder or the individual pic and select copy to then your cd drive, of course you have to have a cd in the drive to burn to. Here is another method to do it How to Burn Photos to a CD another good tutorial with many options covered How to Transfer Your Digital Photos Using Memory Card Readers and always always click on the safely remove icon in the systray by the clock before removing anything from the usb port select to remove then wait till it is safe.

I personally use imageshack have used it for years, love that there are firefox add ons for it that make it so easy use and upload to. I do have a photobucket account but do not use it near as much. I definitely store my data in more than one location and media you never know when one of these freebie sites might just close down and be gone, I have had that happen too. If you want to do private albums I like winkflash.com. Always read the fine print, many say they can delete your photos if there is not a certain amount of us and some you have to purchase something from them once a year. As just a storage locker online I use Adrive they give you a lot of free space.

Why not simply put them on a flash drive?
