Bumping this thread, since I also now would appreciate a Robern source. The cabinet we want is over $3000 locally and I see no reason not to buy this elsewhere if there is a reliable source. (Buying model BIC6038 with electric on both sides and lights above)

Thanks so much. I didn't see it on their site, and so called and I am on the phone with someone who will call Robern and see if they can get the size I want added to their inventory. That's customer service!

I ordered undercabinet fluorescent lights from CSN Lighting last July, and had a couple of problems with the order. First their website listed one price for the units, but when I select the items and proceded to the checkout, a different (and of course higher) price was used for calculating the total. Then, when I called to get the price problem straightened out, I specifically asked whether fluorescent tubes were included with the lights since the website said (and still to this day says) "This undercabinet fluorescent light bar is the latest in undercabinet lighting, complete with energy efficient T5 fluorescent lamps." which really suggests that the lamps would be included. Whereas the PDF specifications file from the lamp manufacturer noted that the lamps were not included. So, the person I talked to checked and said that the fluorescent tubes would be included with the lamps. When the shipment arrived, no fluorescent tubes. After several subsequent calls to them I was unable to get the matter straightened out, so I ordered the tubes from elsewhere and have decided to not give any more business to CSN Lighting (or any of the dozens of other CSN stores) My main lighting for the room, I ordered monorail track lighting from Arcadian lighting, and had a much better online shopping experience. They honored their 110% price match guarantee without batting an eyelash, and the person I dealt with there (Tony Lin) was extremely helpful. The order was shipped with two incorrect items, and Tony noticed it before the package arrived, and immediately shipped a separate package with the right items, and a prepaid shipping label to return the wrong items.

As I mentioned, I'm well aware of monitor resolution. I do web design and it's amazing how gorgeous people's pictures are, but when scanned & uploaded, whatever I "did" to them isn't what they wanted. Can't win on that one. I was playing with different colors I do like in web design, and I'm going to see what happens when turned into paint. The rgb codes are universal, from monitors to photos, to paint, so with the difference in light? Who knows. I have a fabulous eggplant, a delicious, rich, oxblood/burgundy, and a couple other colors I love. I'm into grayed colors usually, as I mentioned, but saturation is important to me! I'm going to use your hint, moonshadow. I might also throw in that my husband is a general contractor. He's history to me, but I have all the tax ID numbers, blah blah. What the heck. I might lend him a fan. ... NOT! [LOL] Amysrq, thanks for the kind words. It certainly changed my life and definately destroyed the one I knew and loved. But you only have yourself to rely on in the world when it comes right down to it. No matter what the relationships are and the circumstances, we come in alone, go out alone, and spend much of the inbetween figuring ourselves out. I gotta quit teaching yoga. After 30 years it's permeated (but saved) my thought processes and sanity! :) I'm off to the paint store right now. Just found out Cabinet Coat can be tinted to my cabinet color. Cabinets, I might mention, that I'm building myself, finding at reuse centers, Craig's List and Freecycle. Just got plumbing last year. YEAH!! Living large. Now for bathroom colors.
