Oh, how pretty! I love that delicate little snowflake garland and don't think the ribbons are missed at all! It all looks so perfectly balanced which is something I always find difficult. Your Santa is very cute. I'd love to see all your decorations up close, it looks as if you have some interesting ones - is that a beaded angel?

IKWYM about rushing - last year we came home mid-December and had guests arriving in a few days. I really threw that tree together fast and it didn't even get a topper as I forgot til DH lifted it onto the table so the top was too high to reach. I doubt anyone even noticed! We have high ceilings and cats so the tree is on a table which is piled high with faux gifts and the cats haven't figured out how to climb it.

My house is a mess from crafting and when I clean that up it will be a mess from Christmas boxes for awhile. It's all worth it tho, I enjoy looking at everyones' deco's and my own!

Punk, whatever it is you are on--I want some! Goodness sakes girl, do you ever rest?????? You do realize why I call you "Speedy", don't you? I barely got the Fall decos packed away in the shed and you've already decorated your office, your tree, and created a tablescape!

I'd love to see closeups of more of your tree decos too. And if you have some there you've painted, you know the gals on the painting forum will want to see too.

Now will you just go to bed???? Just joking--can you tell I'm envious of your energy and speed? ;o)

A very nice tree indeed. I like how all the different ornaments make it look homey and special. That little ho,ho,ho sign is really cute. You are a go getter, girl. I got part of my decorations up but no pics and the end and first of the month are killers at my work. Thanks for being so full of energy and posting your work.

Luckygal, thank you so much for your sweet comment. Sometimes I think I have a hard time seeing everything in it's place and can't wait to make a new mess. Your right, it is worth it. Tonight as I drove in from work, seeing my Christmas lights on made me smile.

Syble, thanks for your comment and I know what you mean with work being hard at the beginning and end of each month. I had a good sales day today for the end so I was tired and had to go and work on the house after work so I'm slow getting here tonight. I never feel like I have a choice but to keep running.

Punk, I have to second what Luvs said. LOL Your energy and speed are flat out amazing. I need you to come visit me! The decorating is getting the best of me this week and its so frustrating to have everything take so darn long to do now. Then there's the mess of boxes and bins everywhere that is just driving me insane. Thank goodness I can come here and relax and enjoy others decorating!

I'd love to come visit and help with your decorating, I can't imagine how much I could learn from you. I would probably be a nervous wreck with all your beautiful decorations.

I love to cook so I would have to be in charge of that while staying with you cuz I've never missed a meal in my LIFE and I'm not going to start now!!!

I still have totes all over my kitchen that I need to finish going through. If I don't quit running at night I might as well pack them back to the shed and call it good for this year. We'll see what happens.

I'm going to Vegas and so Dec. is going to be pretty hectic for me. I think I will be meeting myself coming and going but I need to do this. This is the one wish my parents had for me, to see Vegas all decorated for Christmas.

Always good to visit with you Karen. Maybe next year I can be a little helper...LOL

Using the larger lights really brightens up the tree, doesn't it? I found some crystals at Tuesday Morning today to try to brighten up my tree. I really need some white lights added, but there is NO WAY I can put any on with all of the stuff on it!

When are you leaving for Vegas? Sure sounds like fun. You certainly can use a break from all of the running you've been doing. You make me tired! LOL
