Hello Everyone! I was told of this message board by Jim over at HGTV (thanks Jim) and I have spent the past hour looking at your lovely homes and pictures. I look forward to posting pics. But for now - I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. :-)

Hi there, Every. Love your name. I promise you will really enjoy it here. And if you love photos, we have a LOT of Inspiration albums full of them! For every Holiday, and also one just of table-settings. Many of the gals here set lovely tables to pass the time between the holidays and keep us entertained. Unfortunately when I was setting up the albums, somehow the Table one ended up on my main front page and NOT in with all the other Holiday albums. I am including link to the Holiday ones, but if you click on sangaree and get to my main page you'll find the Table-setting link easily on the left side.
Most of the photos come from the gang here, but I prowl online for any neat ones to add to our collection.

Tell us about yourself, and hope you have a camera. LOL.

Re: April birthdays-yep there are tons. My dad, a cousin, an aunt, my grandad, three of my closest high school friends, my sister, me, all our Idylls, assorted others and now Jack. I think I could come up with someone for every day at this point. I suspect it is those summer vacations that parents take-hehheh! April is far from the cruelest month for me! Cynthia

Thanks for the Warm Greetings everyone. You Guys are too funny... Don't Get Rid Of The Dishes!!! DH got a real laugh over that. I'm hanging on to one set which is going to DD. As far as the other set, they're too FL looking..(palm print). I didn't have too many dishes here..ate out mostly...hehehe. I feel for all of you who got socked with all that snow. I've been keeping up with the weather back home, thank goodness we left last week instead of this. I hear we got a walloping 15" too..and to think I've been complaining that it's 'chilly' here! So far, we've only had one really warm day. It's been mostly in the low 50's, and at night, in the 40's. PD...that would be funny you taking pictures of my things from Goodwill..I would have loved to see them 'live on' somewhere else. It's funny though, a couple of the women who worked there, kept raving over how nice some of the things were. I'll bet some items don't make it onto the shelves, for sale..lol Well...I still have to line someone up for the furniture. Tomorrow is another busy day. Stay warm...talk to you all again... jane

Yea! I remember when I was a "newbie" and everyone welcomed me with open arms.

I'm so glad I get to do it now. You will LOVE our "Family" here. And we love lots of pictures, so you can get busy posting now!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I am also going to tell my friend about this board. We both love decorating and Tablescaping. I promise t start adding some pics, I just finished my Family Room mantle.

I have a blog called Grits and Glamour (see the My Page link) if anyone wants to see some of my Tablescapes. I should really be joining a Plate Addiction message board. LOL

Thanks again for the warm welcome, and I can't wait to check out all the inspiration pics.

Barb, THIS is a plate (dish) addiction place to be. LOL
You will love seeing all the things these gals buy, and use.

If that's "our Jim" who sent you over here, he needs to get back here himself. I miss his fabulous home and decor, and his delightful dog and cats. and of course the super photos he finds for us to drool over.

kathleen - yes feeling better, thanks. Its amazing what a few days of a Z-pack will do.

Yes, Jim finds and posts the most awesome pics, I don't know where he gets them. Over half of my inspiration files are filled with his pics.

I worked on my mantle last nite, will post some pics in a bit.

Ladies thanks so much. I was MIA from my blog for the Summer. I am a Real Estate Broker and life has been crazy.

I enjoy Tablescaping. I know some don't get it, and that's okay. I know its not for everyone. I look forward to getting to know everyone here.

Sorry my post didn't stay here on Wed. so I'll say it again. You fit right in with all your beautiful tables and decorations. Kitty is so cute and posed so nice for the photoshot. Your pumpkin center piece is fantastic. Did you make it?

I loved your mantel and mirror decorations and how clever with your pumpkin candle holder you created. I just loved browsing your blog. You will fit in perfect with all these talented ladies. So happy to have you and it will also be fun to have your friend join.
