We haven't emailed in a while, Cameron, so I guess nothing's missing. (Never did hear back from Cap'n P). 12 duplicates? Yikes! Hope it was something like this: Sometimes I leave computer to get a cup of tea or answer nature's call only to return and find my kitty has taken a short cut and added some extra lines to the email I was composing. Usually they look like 444444444444555566, but I can imagine the damage if I'd left the cursor over 'send' and she found the Enter key. Which is why I leave the To: field blank until right before sending. Ana

I would call Charter and see if they can help you get rid of the old address. Did they install it for you or did you do it yourself? Has this happened to you before? BTW you might want to go to the On-Topic Discussions side of this forum where they can help you with this problem.
