Avast warning

Dell Vista

I just updated Malwarebytes on my husband's computer. Ran a scan, found nothing. As soon as I closed MWB, Avast warning came up.;

A suspicious file has been deleted (using heuristic method) this may be a sign of malware infection.

Please allow the file to be submitted to our virus lab for analysis.

File name: C:\Windows\System

drivers\mbamswissarmy.sys

Type: hidden services

Delete now or ignore. (Ignore was recommended, so I ignored)

submitted the file to SLWL software virus lab for further analysis.

Then I started to open SuperAntispyware for update,and an Avast warning popped up:

Avast has detected a virus in the operating memory. Since it is very dangerous to work the computer while the virus is active, it is strongly recommended that you restart your computer and let Avast scan all your data in boot phase before the virus can be activated. Do want to schedule the boot-time and restart your computer. [yes] [No]

I chose yes and Avast is scanning as I type. I hope I did the right thing.
