Trojan Detected and Removed

I received an email from Camelliashop.com with interesting articles and links to said articles. Clicked and read a few. When I clicked on another article's link, Avast Antivirus blocked the request to display the URL (I use IE 8) saying there was malware on the website.

After that message, I ran a different software called Ad-Aware and detected/removed a win32 trojan. I then rebooted and rescanned with Ad-aware, SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Avast. No more problems detected.

But did the trojan do any damage? I am unclear on whether the file was only copied into my PC. Or did the Trojan get copied and it executed. If so, do I need to restore any files? Do nothing?
