giacomo, bellissima as usual :) A question: what is your opinion of the long-term viability/durability of the one-piece tempered glass coutertop/sinks? I'm concerned because I imagine that if it scratches or the undersurface is damaged, it's going to be visible and the entire counter has to be replaced. (There's also no overflow, which is a no-no for a family with kids or a house where kids might visit) Have you any long-term experience with these countertop/sinks? I really love the look and the ease of cleanup, but am concerned about the issues above...thanks! (And I'd like to know the make of the vanity as well -- and the wood it's made of -- is it veneer or solid?)

Hi Beverly! Thanks for responding. I really appreciate the input. We are doing such a small sink because we only have 10 inches between the wall and opening for the doorway, so the entire vanity/sink can only be up to 10 inches wide and up to 30 inches in length. I really liked the sinks you suggested but when I looked it seems like they are all pretty much about 13 inches wide, so they will be too wide. There were a few sinks that had an inch or two more in length but the needed width that I considered but I wanted to have a tiny bit of counter space as well. I got the sink in the mail today and it seems like it will be ok for hand washing and toothbrushing, but definitely not ideal. We chose the shower set because it was the one we really liked when we were at the store and we had heard good things about California Faucets. It is more traditional looking, while the faucet we selected was more modern, because it was the only one we liked that we saw in the store. That was my original concern when I had posted, that they might looked strange in the same room since they do have a different feel. But one of the posters above found another option that I had missed when I had looked at their website, that I think I like better and might go. I think we want to stick with the brand so all the finishes will be the same for the fixtures.
