nope! i put it on and a "pad" and taped it to my face, its what i got for digging up my much wanted gooseberries!! LOL the poison ivy musta squirted my face, diagonally. so i taped it there and the next day i took it off and it was almost gone, YAY!! it was one of my dorkier moves!! but hey!! i was happy!! LOL its an antibiotic and dissenfectant. so although i hate the smell i use it and spray it all the time, just when i use it on the body, i make sure its apple cider vinegar. we use it for mosquito bites, bee stings, "after the the duct tape is used LOL> and cuts and scratches, ahhhhh that stuff is the bomb!! heals really quick too. sting is gone quicker too. have ya ever seen "101 uses for vinegar" its on the web. **grin** ~Medo

You'll find this nice to have and hold. Or freeze it for a little while And fix that boo-boo up in style. Instead of a compress made of ice, Use this little pillow filled with rice. Top to toes, front to back. There are many uses for this little pack. Tired and weary, feel like heck? Heat and hang it 'round your neck! Headache coming? The kind you dread! Take it from the freezer and cool your head! Who can sleep with ice cold feet? This little friend can warm your sheets! Aching back, sprains and strains? Use this pillow to ease your pains!

Give each child a milkweed pod to take outdoors on a windy day. Help them carefully open the pods, and encourage the children to hold them high above their heads or run with them so the milkweed fairies can fly free!
