Steve,
I don't know if any of these are the sites you were looking for, but at least they are craft suppliers that sell thousands of items:

http://www.createforless.com/homePage.asp

http://www.sunshinecrafts.com/body_products.html

http://www.craftsetc.com/

Hope this helps.

Steve,
I don't know if you ever found what you were looking for in "water slip decals", but I just came across a product that looks super for us PC crafters. Maybe you've heard of it, but it's new to me. It's called Lazertan and these two sites sell it online:

http://www.mystampstore.com/catalog/Lazertran1.htm

http://www.creatinghomedecor.com/lazertran.htm

Would www.paperzone.com be the site?

Thanks, Jackie and Wanda. Jackie, that Lazertan is new to me but I DO like it! Gotta check it out.
Thanks,
Steve
