Looking for a craft site....

I used to have a site saved....I can't find it anymore...Can't remember the name of it...but when you opened it there was a black dresser....you could open the drawers for different types of crafts...and there was music that played while you looked around.

They had a free pattern that changed every now and then.

Does anyone know what the name is or where to find it.

Geeeee Pattico, every day I look and no one has answered your question. I don't have an answer either but I just wanted to say, keep trying to type in "something" in your web browser line and maybe the site you are looking for will pop up. Was it a certain type of craft site, sewing, painting?

I don't have a clue either, but sounds like a neat site. Want to keep this up top so maybe someone will have an answer!

Sunni and Laurie (turkeymama) are in the yahoo e-group, Polymer Clay People. Haven't been to Laurie's site in a long time! Here are a couple of others I've been saving to tell you about: Wanda Shum Designs Her work is so bright and colorful; check out the jewelry first! and Christel Jensen's Studio and her shop, Little Treasures. She *excels* in miniatures. She's also in the yahoo group. She lives in Norway and uses a different kind of clay, still polymer though. I've learned a lot from the artists in PCP at yahoo. Hope you find these inspiring. I know I have tons more links, but I won't throw all of 'em at you at once! ;--)

I've used www.factorydiresctcrafts.com in the past. They have $9.95 shipping for anything over 20 dollars... I don't know if they have exactly the same things as Saveon though... Here is a link that might be useful: Craft and deco supplies

Check garage sales, used book stores and even libraries. Craft books are pricy and I find that there are many items in the books that don't interest me. Magazines are better, but again look or ask your friends for ones. Again pricy. Even your magazines like BH& Gardens, Family Circle, Martha Stewart have ideas.

Patti, I remember that site. I guess someone here posted the link, but I never saved it on my computer so I can't help. Good luck. Maybe Joy remembers? Has she been here lately?

I don't know either
but I love www.craftster.org, some of it can be trendy and a little alternative, but there is some fantastic energy and ideas there
