Steve, I have used PrintMaster for about 6 years and I love it! It is simple to use, loaded with graphics, and of course, offers upgrades when available. A while back Zippimom gave us a neat site where PrintMaster Express can be downloaded for free. (All you have to do is register, which is also free.) I haven't downloaded this so I do not know how it compares to the PrintMaster Platinum 10 that I am using, but it might give you some idea of the quality of the software. Jackie Here is a link that might be useful: PrintMaster Express Free Download

Hi Joe, I am pleased to tell you that Fix it fixed the problem. I now have the most current Quick Time Update. Here is what it told me. Quick Time: Succeeded Issues Checked Problem registry key: Checked Issues Found: Corrupt patch registry keys: Fixed Detects corrupt or missing patch cache Cannot install or uninstall a problem: Fixed Looks for problems that can stop you installing and uninstalling a program Issue checked Detects problems with the registry (wow 64 issue) Checked Detection details: Has a check mark Publisher details: Has a check mark I also downloaded the fix it to my desktop in case I need to use it again. Was that OK to do? After it removed Quick Time out of Add/Remove programs I then went back to this site and downloaded the newest version from the site that mikie gave me and it worked without any problems. Thank you mikie for the Quick Time download website it was a big help. Thank you Joe for all of your help, this has been like this for 2 years and now it is fixed. You have made me very happy and if it wasn't so late I would be doing a dance right now. "LOL" Joe and mikie you both have made my day. I am playing Johnny Be Good on my itunes and it is working too. Yeah! If it wasn't so late I would grab my guitar and play along. "Smiles" You guys are awesome. "Smiles" Thanks a whole bunch!!! One last thing, it did take it over an hour to fix it but it did the job. I didn't mind waiting. Thanks again. thirdfrt!!!

Yes, the chair is similar but the arch is different and the seam along the side of the chair where the back meets the seat (just above the back legs on the side) is different. I've done a little upholstery and that detail on "my" chair seems like a slightly higher quality construction. I think I'm more concerned now because DH just took me to a very nice restaurant (for our 10th anniversary!) that had leather Parsons chairs. They were so uncomfortable! I've rarely sat on a chair more unpleasant. I really wanted to find some reviews of "my" chair to see what people said about comfort and quality, but it doesn't seem as though that's an option. If there is no label on these chairs, is it possible they are still PB? Does PB not put a label on all their pieces? Where might a manufacturer hide their label on an upholstered chair?

Whoo hoo -- It's working!!! All clear on all channels and we didn't do or change a thing on this end since yesterday when it wasn't working. Son predicted this might happen as sites and programs across the net are upgraded. Bob says it's because I was patient about it. Someone wisely said, "Infinite patience produces immediate results". Well, guess my patience wasn't exactly infinite because it took a week. Oh well ... :-) Anyway, thanks for 'holding my hand', so to speak, by offering possible causes and solutions while I practiced patience. And I do appreciate my son who spent hours and hours last week fiddling with every setting he could think of. He was about ready to change out the whole thing. Happy computing!
