Removing or preventing cigarette smell

My husband smokes a lot. I want to make crafts to sell online, but I wonder if I should even try because of the cigarette smell. I'm so used to it that I can't tell anymore, but people that don't live with smokers have told me things coming out of my house do smell like smoke. Since a lot of people are very sensitive to smoke, is there any way I could keep one room smoke free?

Do those tobacco-smell air freshener sprays work?

If I keep everything in one room, keep it closed up, and give the items a good spray before I mailed them do you think that would be good enough or is it even possible to quarentine one room?
