Maybe fine rubbing compound would make some improvement.

Call a local vendor who makes custom glass shower enclosures to ask for advice.

Also, check with an optical shop-- I've seen a product that you use on eyeglasses to "repair" scratched lenses.

Thanks, everyone who responded, here and privately. I put a couple little birds on the ledge in front of the scratches. Will call an optical shop and the guy who made the glass wall. It isn't driving me crazy like I thought it might. Whew!

Cleaning woman didn't even apologize....almost irks me more.

Use jeweler's rouge. It is a very fine abrasive that will take out scratches and make the glass clear again. If your local hardware or jeweler doesn't have it check online. This is used for plastic boat windows and all sorts of other glass items.

Will this work on scratches on a glass table top too? I don't want to make it worse, but I have some nasty scratches...thanks for this tip!

A pumice slurry is applied to this wheel at frequent intervals. The final polish wheel is a wool felt. A cerium oxide slurry is applied to this wheel.

DH used the above when beveling glass. It will change the optical quality of the glass where you use it. Ends up sort of wavey like old fashioned glass.

There is a product called Micro-mesh. It is used to remove scratches in airplane windshields. I got one of their kits to use on my stainless steel cook top that got scratched. It worked really well.
