I have no experience with faucetline, but please research any online discount store you wish to purchase from. I made a huge mistake and ordered from efaucet and was ripped off and ignored. I waited for over 45 minutes calling customer service and after all that time a recorded message comes on and says the extension is not available. My emails went unanswered, just a canned response to call blah blah blah so I went on the customer service chat and it was very strange, almost like an automated program was answering my questions. It took forever for an answer..like the program was searching key words in my questions. I've designed a website to do this before, so I know it is possible. Anyway, I received a damaged kitchen faucet from them (two small dings in the spout) and refused it. They charged me 20% refusal fee and still haven't refunded the difference. They keep telling me they are holding 20% over and over and nothing about rest of $. Contacted credit card company so hopefully they can straighten this out. I think they purchase scratch and dent products that is why they are so cheap. Or products that don't pass quality control for whatever reason. Kohler will not offer warrantee from discount outlets. I already asked them and they said they are not an authorized dealer so no warranty. I think Kohler sells off their products that don't pass quality control at auction and these online outlets pick them up cheap and resell them. Can't think of any other way they are cheap. They say because they buy in large quantities that is why they are cheap..well why doesn't the manufacturer warranty them if that's the case? Seems fishy. This is just my experience with efaucets. They are a rip off and if you have a problem they ignore you and you're on your own. I'm going to try faucetdirect for a couple bath faucets as their return policy for damaged product is more friendly. I won't order sinks or toilets though..I've read so many reviews from efaucets where sinks or toilets arrive broken and they won't take them back. One lady ordered a $1,000 kitchen sink and after they opened it and found it was cracked, efaucets told her too bad, she owns it now because she didn't refuse delivery. Um what UPS driver is going to sit around and wait while you check out your toilets and sinks? GL!

We're choosing fixtures for a new bathtub and are interested in the Moen 3869. This is a handheld shower head with a slide bar. For the tub faucet, can we just go with any tub/shower combo that comes with a mixing valve and ignore the fixed shower head that's included? Also, if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with the 3869 we'd appreciate the input. Thanks!

First of all, high praise to Chaya for solving the problem with my order. She was very competent and a pleasure to work with. I ordered a freestanding tub, but realized after I placed my order that Massachusetts plumbing code does not approve the bathtub brand (Perlato). I wished I had been aware that some plumbing codes will not approve particular tubs! There was no mention that this could be an issue on the website. I suggest a disclaimer should be clearly posted warning customers to check their own state's codes. Now I am out $550 to pay for the shipping return. So, what I thought I was saving is now lost and then some. I'd like to reorder a code-friendly tub from them, but feel too scared due to the return policy. The best thing I need to say is that Chaya handled my situation well. If she owned the company I would definitely reorder as she has a sense of fairness and efficiency that is rare.
