what's best to use for cleaning limestone?

Our bathroom is almost finished - Polished Jerusalem gold limestone tiles on the floors and shower (in varying sizes), and polished JG slab on vanity counter and tub deck. I realize limestone is quite porous, so I want to use the right thing as well as not dull the shine.

My question is what's the best thing to clean it with?

My stone/tile guy suggested water with a drop of vinegar. Somehow that doesn't sound optimal.

Anything, anyone?
