Welcome to the citrus forum Mountain-Man! When watering in winter, it depends on the air circulation of the room. My lemon tree goes in the basement in winter and on some occasions, it needs water every day or every few days. The temperature of the greenhouse is okay. Good luck!

Well, they are not my style but that's ok! I would have gone with something dressier and in different fabrics. You have a FANTASTIC figure and the dresses aren't, imo, as flattering as they could be. A v neck - and you don't have to show cleavage, would be more lengthening and flattering to your upper body. As you really want something swishy, a wrap dress, might be the thing. Not all of them are body hugging either. The prints on these two dresses are very ordinary to me and not at all dressy and actually look mid office secretarial. The prints don't seem current to me either and the blues a bit drab. Money wise, the dresses seem cheap to me. I understand the need to save money, etc. but you are comparing $900 dresses with $65 dresses and that's not a proper comparison. Nobody I know buys those dresses anyway. Their is a huge range of very nice quality dresses in the $150-$250 range. They often go on sale for say, $120. The material, styling, fit, are so much nicer than the Calvin Klein brand. An Adrianna Papell for instance. Calvin Klein is a low end department store brand, I buy CK clothes all the time, and they are fine, but moving up a notch or two the difference becomes evident in overall quality. I feel a little bad saying all this, but I would want someone to tell me ( I used to beg my friends to do so but most were too kind to tell the truth and I had to eventually figure things out myself) and you asked, this, the dresses are ok, you wouldn't be underdressed or overdressed but they are ordinary. The cardigan looks too big and frumpy and the shrug looks cheap. I just think you could do a lot better and look fantastic instead of passable. I like the aqua dress you were thinking of making- IF you can make it well - properly fitted, top notch tailoring and great fabric. Do you look like something from a magazine or catalog, No. And why shouldn't you with all this effort!

Is this contractor an authorized Carrier dealer? It doesn't sound like it! An Infinity condenser should only be used with an Infinity FE series variable speed fan coil unit. An Infinity thermostat should ALWAYS be used with an Infinity system! Aluminum fin rads may be the least efficient radiator in that they require the highest water temperature of any radiator - and you're also installing radiant in-floor that requires the lowest water temperature of any hydronic heating! Yes these 2 can be mixed but I'm not at all sure your contractor knows what he's doing; are you? Get other quotes; check references and credentials! SR

Hey, everyone, thank you so much. I've come to report. :) I completely quit watering except for the smallest seedlings to which I added a few drops of water (to callirhoe and echium). I have loosened soil with a toothpick. I had also used one toothpick for a support and I noticed mold on a toothpick today! :( I removed the toothpick. Added fresh soil. The thing is since I quit watering only the biggest seedlings survived. I have managed to save all 5 leonotis seedlings, caesalpinia died completely as well as 2 seedlings of echium and one gaura. Also just one callirhoe survived. One question here: since I quit watering daily, the caesalpinia leaves dried up completely. How is that possible - the soil around it has been moist the whole time? I keep them on the drier side although the soil has remained pretty moist. They get enough supplemental light as well as natural light (I expose them to a south facing window sill every day for a few hours on direct sun). The other seedlings - I'd love to transplant them but they just went full flaccid. :( They literally can't stand up even with a toothpick. They seem like rotten or something. But they don't rot as far as I know. What's wrong? I may add a picture tomorrow. But there's something strange I encountered today. I wanted to see how strelitzias were going and started digging with a toothpick. I saw something white and thought it sprouted. However, when I looked it was something like a very very tiny white worm. Is that harmful? I noticed some fruit flies constantly flying around my propagator, though.
