A few suggestions... There's a Restoration Hardware outlet at the Tulalip Outlet mall so you might find a few deals there. ( I remember you mentioned living in Edmonds, so it might be worth the drive up north.) Or, as Babs suggested, having a glass and mirror shop custom make a nice beveled mirror is very reasonable. When we remodeled our master bath we made a frame with some nice trim/molding that we bought from our cabinet maker (to match our cabinets) and had a mirror with an extra large bevel to fit in the frame. For our guest bathroom I found a simple, wide, solid wood, oversized picture frame at Aaron Bros. on sale for $20, and a local glass shop put a beveled mirror in it for me for $40. It looks fabulous! (We used a metal bracket called a hangman which makes it easy and safe to hang large, heavy objects.) In regards to the size, personally I think bigger is better, especially vertically. I've always noticed nicer hotels have wonderfully large mirrors - they really add a feeling of spaciousness to what are usually small rooms.

to rajm62000, Did you buy a wood cabinet with a glaze on the finish(stain?) Once you receive it check it right away. Hopefully they packed it well which was one of our issues. Also you need to check the toeboard. If it is left unfinished call them and tell them you want it sent to you and if you owe them money you should get a credit for hopefully having your contractor install it. Also if you did get a cabinet with a glaze check that over to see that they did not apply the glaze so that it looks very uneven or was applied over any damage. I would also call the supplier (although this didn't help in our case) and state these concerns.

Sometimes your reputable/fairly local HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing type stores that cater to the trade will have a separate fixture gallery to display their pretties like showers, toilets, shower doors, lighting etc. Their "main" store may be more warehouse type that has all the ugly plumbing, electrical, HVAC type stuff. There is a Kentucky based company like this that is my go-to place. They have a gorgeous fixture showroom. I agree - cabinet dealers are a good source for vanities.

Look at kohler.com and maybe some other manufacturers that sell cabinets if your size is a standard size. Then go to build.com and see what they have. I got my kohler vanity cabinet and most of my fixtures from them several years ago (their faucetdirect site, IIRC). They have a lot of suppliers. Call them if you need to talk. You may have to pay freight but it may be worth it. Do your research (reviews, shipping, returns, promo codes, etc.) I love my kohler cabinet. The pieces didn't fit together perfectly, but they were good enough for me and the overall effect is beautiful.
