have you gone to a regular tile store? they carry all brands and all those off-white colors. you'll have better luck going there then shopping online. Try Emser at those stores. you could also do Fireclay Tile. these are their 4x4's. they have about 10 different 'whites'. Calcite, Gardenia, Tusk, Ivory,,,,all may be good choices. These are a little pricier, but they are beautifully made tiles. and they have 6x6 too https://www.fireclaytile.com/subway-tile/colors they'll ship you 5 free sample colors

why not just do the bullnose? And perhaps go w/a 4x12 instead of a 3x6. here's my shower. I used a 4x12 with bullnose on both the vertical, for outside edges, and horizontal, for the top row the bullnose option is one of the cleanest looks you'll get the schluter I did for the accent and the niche (I chose black) close up of that same 4x12 tile but in a diff layout. (this is my neighbors shower) we opted for a stacked pattern layout. slightly more modern looking this one got the Schluter edging on the outside In this one, the tile didn't come w/a bullnose edge. we went w/the pencil liner. again, a larger tile (either a 3x12 or 4x12) and a stacked layout does this give you a better of idea of what look you like?

But white subway/white hex can fit a lot of diff looks. what's the vanity? the countertop? the walls? how big is the bathroom? is it shower or tub or both? These are all white subway w/either a white hex or a black hex, w/diff sizes and diff tile layouts. notice all of the other items in the room. it doesn't have to be simple if you don't just use plain, generic white on every surface. instead of a white hex floor, try some blue pennies, or the white/blue pattern tile or, go w/a black hex notice the stacked layout of the white tile. gives it a more modern look (Bedrosians Makoto tile) wood vanities and gold or black fixtures bring in warmth/texture. even the shower tile layout gets a more interesting look
