Recommendations for Ice Maker water filter?

Our new kitchen re-model will include a SubZero 650 fridge, which does not have an integrated water filter for the ice maker (Don't get me started on the "Why not?" question, as that's probably another conversation). Our previous fridge gets it's water supply from our Reverse-Osmosis filter, which makes delicious, crystal-clear ice cubes, and my family loves it! Unfortunately, our RO system doesn't put out enough water pressure to supply the SubZero ice maker. Evidently this is a pretty common problem, as SubZero references this issue several places in their documentation.

So, I'd like to find some other inline, under-sink filter that cleans up the house water nice for great tasting ice cubes, and delivers it at a higher pressure than our RO system. I'm on a strict budget (ironically, as the SubZero unit really pushed us over the $$$ line), so I'd like to keep the filter cost something below $200 or so. I also want to be able to redily purchase the replacement filters easily.

Any recommendations out there?
