Beverage centers anyone ?
Comments (2)Miele has the best coffee system by far. I used it at the store for years and it extracted the best flavor from the beans, produced the best crema, and was the easiest to maintain on a daily basis. The Thermador/Bosch built-in unit is less expensive (especially the Bosch because there is not restrictive UMRP pricing) I personally use a free-standing Bosch "Benvenuto" unit. I have one in my kitchen and I also use the one at work. Pricing is around $1000. We're selling one right now for $875. I'm a cappachino nut and the Bosch does a really good job. The frothing wand is a bit of an art form and I use a thermometer just like at a coffee shop (170ish degrees is ideal). The Miele unit is automatic in milk-frothing but it costs over $3000. Upkeep is easy on a daily basis. But you do have to use the descaling and cleaning programs when prompted (once a month or so). Comments (3)I have a freestanding undercounter fridge and it is fine. You have to leave the recommended clearances for air, so you won't get that "built in" look. Mine requires two inches above the unit. I plan on trimming out the exposed front with a bit of matching trim, haven't gotten around to it yet, though!...See MoreHelp with Beverage Center - Liebherr, Sub Zero, Perlick or Electrolux?

Sorry.... Temp goes to 37. Top shelf where the cokes are is split so u can remove half. Beer bottles can then go upright on the second shelf with cans behind or u can remove the entire shelf for bottles. The wire rack extends nicely . Great for wine or taller beer bottles. I think it is a waste for cans as it is deeper than a can. Bottom is moulded for wine or other bottles so they don't roll around. See the spec sheet for info on toe kick and their pic installed. Handle is also field reversible. LED lighting is great. I will try and post a pic later today....See MoreUnder counter beverage centers
Comments (10)Summit is a good choice. There are a few name brands sold at the box stores that are OK. Like KitchenAid /Whirlpool. Most are poor quality disposables that have 1 year of warranty. They are also impossible to get any service under any that warranty, so are disposable instead. Having any combo unit shorts one of the beverages. Either the beverages are too warm, which is the usual case, or the wine is too cold....See Moreathensmomof3
