Which is better ? Crest Whitestrips or Rembrandt ?

I've tried both, and the thing I like about the Rembrandt strips is that they're much thicker and so they stay in place better. But I felt they didn't whiten as well...Have you tried both ? What is your opinion ?

I have tried the thicker strips (but not Rembrant) and I didn't like them at all - I didn't really see results. The Crest whitestrips were recommended by my dentist and I love them. However, they are a but too expensive for me to use all of the time so I use Crest Night Effects that you paint on - I am very happy with the results.

Neither is the best. You can buy the same stuff as the dentists charge a fortune for on ebay. It is 36% (the absolute strongest available) Carbamide Peroxide. Several sellers include the mold for your teeth but if not you can buy them. If you have had your teeth whitened at a dentist, just use the mold he made for you, or if you have a molded tooth retainer, that is the same thing. Anyway, it is an amazing product. This is the official name and it may have different brand names. Do a search on ebay with key words 36% teeth whitener and you will find it. Don't use it daily though. It is so strong your nerves can be sensitive . . . kind of like the sensation you get when you hit a nerve with something cold. My teeth are so white from this. I love it!

Thanks, very much everyone for your positive feedback. IÂm so pleased you like the photos. They are so much fun for me to do and more fun to share. Sue White-throated Sparrows can be quite variable. The one shown here is a tan-striped morph as opposed to the white-striped morph that you have there. This bird is probably a youngster also because of the heavy streaking on the breast feathers. Some adults do retain some streaking but I donÂt think quite this much. Sparrows can be a real challenge to ID. Gldno, thanks, I didnÂt know that the juvie White-crowned had red-brown coloring on their heads. Neat! This is the first one of these IÂve ever had here. There is only this one in a large flock of mixed Juncos and sparrows. Marian, yes we do get Purple Finches here, they are our state bird, but I only rarely get them in my feeders. The females do look just like sparrows. T. no, no, noÂ No snow envyÂ You donÂt want thisÂ We have way too much. But if you insist IÂd be happy to ship it all your way. LOL Thanks! I had used baking soda and also peroxide over the years and they both got rid of tea/coffee stains but not nearly as well as the new products. I used forever white (from an infomercial) about a year ago and saw dramatic results (about $39) More recently I used Crest white strips ($35). I did the top teeth only out of curiosity and saw dramatic results again after a couple weeks. What I like is that these products are not abrasive like whitening toothpastes. I would strongly recommend the new products - my friend got a kit from her dentist for $350 and I didn't think it worked any better than the over the counter.

No luck finding Rixi tile in the area and if I order and have it shipped it brings it to the price of Sonoma Tilemaker. I have a sample of Walker Zanger Cafe latte in a 3X12 which I really like, it is on the left. A sample of a factory made to look like handmade tile is on the right. The price point is about right for the project for us. I think the top picture represents the color better than the bottom picture. When I look at photo's on line with Walker Zanger I am afraid it is too glossy. Has anyone used Walker Zanger Cafe or seen it on the wall? Thoughts?UCL turned off. UCL turned on. I need to decide on the size too. Any thoughts?

From my aunt's garden, I dug a clump of blue veronica of variety I no longer recall. That wrenched empty gut feeling to enter the gardens of a loved one who has passed, where weeds have since sprouted and eerie quiet carries burden and dreaded heavy sadness. Aunt Mary, her sharp gruff words a facade to underlying kindness and generosity. The two of us picking saskatoons (serviceberries), I cautioned her not to take a tumble upon the deadfall, a few minutes there she goes, I just couldn't contain my laughter, she yells out, "You shut your damned mouth or I'm gonna come punch you in the head!" ... yes, I continued to snicker. I lost my best friend and garden buddy, sorry but I was sooo pissed with her of those damned smokes having claimed her at only 62.
