Pouring Sodas From Cans

I found that when pouring a soda out of a can, rotating the can counter clockwise a quarter turn so the liquid is coming out at 3:00 instead of 6:00, it comes out a little bit faster.

If a labelmaker is not available, place the aluminum strip on a surface with some give to it, like hard foam rubber or linoleum or a few sheets of newspaper and mark the strip with a ball point pen, pressing hard enough to make a good, permanent mark.

I've never tried goo gone but twice now I've put what I thot was red colored glass in the dishwasher but it wasn't colored glass but some sort of colored coating over white/green glass. This coating turns cloudy in the DW and I've had to scrape it off. On this last one DH used paint remover which worked fairly well except for the crevasses. I really need to look closely at cheap YS colored glass before I buy it.

this sound great!!! I have no idea what to charge...add or configure as close as you can to the amount of supplies including packaging that you have in them and then at least double that amount for your selling price. That would be a good start. ginger

Eric, thanks for my laugh of the day... do you mean that you can't possibly wait that extra second or two for the soda to pour out? Your Dr. might want to prescribe something to ease that anxiety. LOL!

But you are right if you do that you allow air to enter the empty space in the can and prevent any vacuum, however slight, from forming in the can. Come to think of it... I'll use your tip whenever I pour a beer.
