Help Me Find Martha Stewart's Footwear.....

On the cover of Martha Stewart Living (May 2007), I happened to notice her footwear. I really like them. They appear to expose the big toe and the baby toe, and they cover the rest of the toes. I love the look! Anyone know where they can be purchased? I'm not calling Martha :-)

Doesnt it say somewhere in the front pages or back pages who provided the clothing and shoes? It should say because the clothes are given to them for free advertisment. Look in the magazine. It is sometimes in small print.

OOOH. I saw those shoes, too. Don't they look comfy? I also tried looking in the magazine, but in the section where lots of other things were credited, there was no mention of the stuff on the cover. Too bad.

She'd be irritated with me, but not really be able to give me any concrete suggestions to fix the problem. She wouldn't have a response for the fact that I had to dumpster dive my desk, chair, and old student desks used as tables. She would get irritated that I couldn't organize myself when I came to work and found my office moved somewhere overnight because "they needed the room." I just never found my system for my work space. Too much was out of my control most of the time. I find it difficult to get my work space at home to function well. I'm still caught in the vertical/horizonal piler quandry. The same space needs to function while I spread out papers for the grants I'm writing for our Irish Dance non-profit. I need to sew ties in this space. I need to keep my stash of books in this space. My sewing supplies in this space. I've got bookshelves, but the room is only 8 feet wide and 25 feet long. I can only get so many shelves in and still have room to walk around my sewing table. Oh, well. It's the best I can do right now and it doesn't interfere with my ability to get done what I need to get done. It's still a cozy place I've got decorated with things I enjoy. Gloria

Hello, My name is Christine, and I work for The Home Depot in Atlanta. This question has run across my mind a few times, the symbols make it very easy to decorate a beautifully coordinated room from start to finish. As far as I can tell, however they donÃ¢ÂÂt have any relevance to the colors themselves. For instance if you have a paint color that has a star in the upper right hand corner, you will want to get curtains with a star as well. There are a few different designs with the star symbol, so you can get curtains that will match your design esthetic. I love Martha Stewart. She has a lot of pets...including horses, and so do I. She collects lots of interesting vintage things and so do I. She has some great pieces of faux bois garden accessories....and so do I! She loves vintage roses and so do I. I emailed her support when her trial was going on and received an answer back. She doesn't have a grand child and will probably never have one, and my daughter also says she isn't having children, so, so don't I. :)) Anyway, I admire her more than any other famous person. I wish I was more like her. This place definitely needs some sprucing up. Nothing that a few billion dollars couldn't take care of.

Apron front sink for 30' Martha Stewart cabinet?

I have a 60" sink on two 30" base cabinets and it was very easy for the guys just to cut the top of the cabinet off and plop the sink on it. Well, they built additional supports, but there was no tricky cuts to deal with. 30" will work just fine. I have partial overlay so if your cabinets are full overlay, you might want an inch of filler next to sink.

I haven't seen the mag but judging from the description, the brand KEEN has sandals that look like that.

Barnmom, thanks so much for posting the links. I spoke to the editorial department at MS Living today, and they told me that the shoes are by designer Michael Kors. Unfortunately, the picture was taken a year ago, so the shoes are from last year. Maybe I'll find them in a shoe outlet! I need size 9 in case anyone comes across them :)

Barnmom, they are similar! Although the toe part is different, and I really love the the way he did the toe design on the pair on the front cover of the magazine. If you have the magazine, you'll see what I mean. You have been a great help, and I really appreciate your effort.

Great looking shoes, but jeesh, Michael Kors shoes are $250 on UP! Look at zappos.com for a bunch of his recent designs, but not the ones you are looking for.
