Colour is lovely, the shape is filled in and hopefully next year it will look a little more even. But I would love to have that one.

Christmas Eve, we go to the candle light service at church as a family, (my husband and I, our son, my mother, our grown daughter (my step-daughter), and our granddaughter (see loves it) included.) Then we drive around and look at Christmas lights and then we go by the only restaurant open by that time (the local Chinese place) and get take out, go home and eat together and then try to get everyone that has to leave to go home and everyone else in bed. My husband and I usually go on to bed set the alarm for about 2:00am and get up and put out "Santa Clause". Things will be a lot different this year. My mother always spent the night with us; she and my young son would sleep in my husband and my bed (we would just kind of camp out in the living room). It was a given that "Mamaw" would be at out house on Christmas Eve. Well she passed away in January. We still miss her so much. I don't know how things will work out this year, but I still want to keep as many of the traditions as we can. She would want it like that. She was a kind and loving Christian woman.

Rafor, I'm prejudiced, but with her curls and red Christmas dress, striped tights, and reindeer booties, I couldn't help but brag a bit. PM, no new dishes this year, just another year older and a big red zit! Seriously, why did it have to be right at the end of my nose? Sorry you're not feeling well, I hope that changes real soon. My google search (everyone's an expert!) suggests that most sinus infections have a viral cause. Meaning, an antibiotic may not hasten your recovery. Sounds like maybe your passages are just sensitive to dry air. There are lots of people who spend days-weeks-months at a time in very dry conditions (like those who live in desert regions of the West, or in very cold winter areas of the middle and East of the US). Or the crew personnel who spend many days a week in such conditions. A half day's exposure to dry air shouldn't cause recurring problems. But obviously it has for you. I've heard that just sipping water and making an effort to breathe through your nose is about all that can be done. I had a cross-country trip a few weeks ago and returned home with a very runny nose that lasted for a week. I think the biggest problem is the confined space and poor sanitary habits many passengers follow. It's ultimately just something that often happens with little to do to avoid it, unless you can afford to charter your own plane for the trips you take.
