Actually as far as forgetting where I've 'tucked' things away...it's very frustrating...just like your Pheasants, I bought tiny ribbons a few wks ago to put on two small evergreen trees for the cemetary...I spent over an hr looking for them. I couldn't remember where I put them. I went into my closet several times as well as other places (All while DH was waiting for me to leave)...well I was just about to give up, when I went back into my closet, and sure enough after moving things around, I found them on the floor behind a little bench...I then remembered I put them on the bench, so I would 'see' them. Well then I also remembered that when I was rushing to get dressed, I heard them fall, but didn't stop to pick them up... And, now you know the 'rest of the story' !! lol I did mention on a post here not too long ago, that whenever I get something new, I'm going to put a post it on the calendar for the month or holiday..telling me where I put them. How's that for 'trying' ? jane

What a wonderful package! I remember those toast racks, altho' I think we ended up using it for napkins as well! The bar set is tres chic, and I love the regional foods. I think those are often the coolest part of swap packages, but they get a run for their money in this one!

I love it! The nicest thing is that all the components look as if they've always been there. As for the organic milk in cute little glass bottles: it reminds me of the discussion, several years ago in the Decorating forum, about staging a kitchen when selling the house. One member who was trying to sell her house had gone to lots of open houses in her area and said that every kitchen seemed to be staged with a KitchenAid mixer on the counter. (The advice was to have only one appliance in view, preferably a fashionable and expensive one.) Fancy brands of olive oil were also being used a lot in kitchen staging, but I don't remember organic milk.

Hi i have the same dilema as the OP, except instead of a cabinet to mount to, its a freestanding pane of glass for a walk in shower (will have stabiliser bar) Its the kids bathroom they are still under 10 Option A Mount it on the wall between glass shower pane and toilet, but I am worried about just how awkward it will be. I assume adults have to really reach back and kids might have to literally swivel their butts 90degrees before theyre shorter arms can reach. I also take note of the comments re older people having difficulty Can people who have had wall mounted toilet roll holders comment some more? Option B Have the glass drilled with holes to accept the holder on the glass pane (glass not ordered or installed yet) - it would then be conveniently off the to right hand side. Option C some form of standup toilet roll holder concerns: will it fall over , how well weighted are they, another thing in the way of mopping
