Bottom row of field tiles

My field tiles on my bathroom walls are 45" high to accommodate the electrical boxes, window sill, etc. The tiles are 10x8 and will be laid out brick style in rows of 8" tall. However, there is a 4" gap for the last row on the bottom before it hits the floor. Should I cut the tiles to fit or do I need to install a baseboard or skirt tile to make a nice finish?

They make a bullnose of this particular tile, but no baseboard version. If I install a base piece, I'm concerned that the field wall will need to move up or down and they will interfere with the electrical boxes.

The tile store person says I can just cut the tile to fit the bottom row and it should be fine. Is this okay?
