We're doing a small outdoor kitchen under a covered patio, which will get plenty of use, but it won't be anything fancy - no sink, refrigerator, etc.: - About 10' counter top with spaces for two Big Green Eggs at the two ends ... and work space in the middle - A pull-out metal grill underneath the counter, which can serve as a place to set hot grill, etc. - Storage space for all the Big Green Egg's accessories. - Storage space for lump - A lower counter top sized to hold a Yeti cooler (lower so it's easier to reach into) built in grills are EXPENSIVE! I was looking at a Lynx 36" with no bells and whistles and it was over 5k. And WHY? If you have a Big Green Egg, I can see needing more accessories, but why another grill?

It was adjacent to a conservation area. Bears/deer/wild turkeys/alligators were very common We did have a screened lanai - that doesn’t stop a bear from coming through. Refrigerator bear attacks were common in our neighborhood. Most fridges were in garages and got hit when garage doors were left open.The bears opened the fridge - took out milk/yogurt/ice cream whatever. Drank/ate - folks found the empty containers. They did shut the door though! A few neighbors found bears sitting in their pools/spa. I wasn’t sorry to move to be honest. You definitely had to be careful walking at night.

I think Home Depot has a brand they offer special order. Less expensive than Naturcast. Naturcast is high end, top of the line...nice stuff! Figure about a grand per cabinet.

I think I need a bit more info. From what I see you need a larger patio I am not sure what you mean by cutting into the garage. IMO all itmes for outdoors should be able to be either put away or made from materials that can stay out all year. What is the round thing at the end of your patio. How many sets do you want? Is there going to be dining outside? I don’t love patios I much prefer decks but in your case the basement windows need to be considered. Your pics are a bit hard to get a feel for the space one makes it look small the other much larger. I think a to scale plan of the yard with all measurements might be helpful. As for the bar do you really need a bar ? Think about how you plan to use the space . We have tons of deck so an outdoor kitchen a huge space to be able to seat 20 for outdoor dining and large space for outdoor LR type seating and then another whole area for the pool. So IMO you need to really think about how to use the space,
