You need at least 5 feet for a double sink vanity and 30 inches for the toilet area. That's 7 1/2 feet, which leaves you 5 1/2 feet for the shower and whirlpool tub.If your tub is 32" wide, that leaves 34" for the shower. The only way you can get by without a shower door would be if you turned your bathroom into a wet room.

If this were my bathroom, I would remove the tub.

Then build the two person shower at one end along the width. ie use the 5' and make it 5x4.
This leaves 9'. Put a 6' double vanity touching the shower glass.
Then you have 3' left at the other end for the toilet.

The NO doors is doable but do you really want a wet bathroom floor?

Can you steal a little space from an adjoining closet or anything? Can you post a layout of the bath and adjoining rooms? My master bath is 6'4" x 13' and I was able to fit all of what you want, but only because there was enough room for the toilet AND skinny end of the shower on one end wall. I had previously looked at recessing a bit of the shower into an adjoining closet, so this might be an option for you. I would love to see your floor plan and take a look at that...

You need to have your image hosted someplace on line. Then you write this in the body of your message:

img src="type the URL of your photo between the quotes" plus you have to enclose that ALL with (one on either end. I can't type it that way or it thinks I'm posting an image and shows the broken-image logo!)

@mom2-3boys : it sounds like you are in the same boat as me. I don't want to move any plumbing either and my vanity isn't long enough for 2 sinks. My toilet is between the vanity and shower and I don't want to move that.

And then I'm taking a few feet from my master bedroom to push the shower into what is now closet space. We're also completely rebuilding the closet, so I won't actually lose that much space and it will allow me to have a doorless shower (I think).

It's all in the planning stages still, but that's the plan!

For some beautiful space-saving two-person sinks, check out Ikea's Godmorgen/Braviken combinations. You can get a trough sink (for two faucets) that's less than 40" wide, or double sinks in 47" or 55". The sink tops are really nice in person (crushed marble in resin) and the vanities are great, with various finishes, handles, drawer combinations, and leg styles. In a small master bath I think they're GREAT. We nearly used the largest, but decided to get a custom one instead... They all have this ingenious drain system that's very low-profile (meaning you have a nearly-normal-depth top drawer!) and the two drains on the double sinks join to drain into just one, normal drain.... so you wouldn't need to reconfigure your existing drain stub-out.

One caveat is that it's easiest to use one of Ikea's faucets, which come with the correct pop-up drain needed for the low-profile drain set-up. You can use a normal faucet, but you wouldn't be able to use the drain that comes with it, or it would protrude too low into the cabinet. You would have to just not use the drain-lever on the faucet, and get a vessel sink type pop-up (push) drain instead. Not very expensive. Or just use Ikea faucets, which seem to be quite good quality for the price!
