Weed, I understand. I'm just giving you the information for the day when you are ready. The pain with the tweezer is far less than when on my eyebrows. I only brought it up because sometimes there are ingrowns. My legs were so bad that the woodshop students would ask to borrow my shins for sanding their projects when the belt sander wasn't enough. Now it's close to baby skin soft all the time. The epilation machines of today have come a long way. Mitch is right - they work on shorter hair better. I forgot to mention to buy a small bottle of aloe vera; it helps the first few times, then you don't need it at all. I was kidding about the woodshop students...but that's really how coarse I was!

My niece just remodeled and she put a small low niche that works perfectly. High enough to have not have to lean over too far, but low enough to maintain balance. There's no grab bar. If doing this I might want a grab bar in shower also.

If the whole shower is going to be solid surface, you might think about something like a teak chair/ stool that you can put in or remove as desired. Then you have something the water won't hurt, and you can put your feet up to shave with no issues, and if you or someone else using the shower wish to take it out, they can do it.
