Well, I bet a guy would slap you on the rear once & never again!!(If you had that stuff in you, it gets pretty hard) In high school I was walking up the stairs when some guy slapped me on the behind, I turned around to clobber him when I saw him standing there wringing his hand. He looked at me & said,boy that hurt!! I told him lucky he didn't get my fist & next time you will. I did a lot of bike riding, swimming, ice skating & rowing so I was pretty tough for a girl. Some women are sure vain! Today Sharon Osborne said she made a mistake getting breast implants, she said,"It's like sleeping with a waterbed on your chest" I think she is getting them removed. Jan

I found it in an independent health products store. By that I mean one that sells vitamins, herbal products, etc. It's possible the GNC stores, or other chains might also carry it. I paid about $21 for a 1-ounce bottle. However, you only need to apply a tiny bit to a dampened face, so it will last a long time. I'm sure a Google search will give you a lot of information about this stuff, as well as some sources online. I've been practically living on the MakeupTalk forums, as well as others, and have gotten interested in the mineral makeups, and more natural skin care products and oils such as emu, jojoba, coconut, etc. (mainly in an effort to try to diminish some wrinkles that are appearing with much greater frequency than I would like). At the moment, the topical application of hyaluronic acid is a more affordable option for me.

Hi goldgirl, I think I remember that thread sometime ago, and made my complaint known then also. Like Ms. Pucci, the cost at this point, isn't an issue~I'm 71, and almost anything goes. lol When I was getting the Botox 2 years ago, I asked about the dark circles, and the dr. told me there was a new treatment, but he wasn't that familiar with it, so wasn't doing it yet. I'm sure by now he's an expert on the technique! I believe it was either the Restylane or Juv'ederm, since those were the only 2 fillers he used. I had a bit of (Restylane)injected for some deeper lines, so I would have to believe there isn't an issue with having an allergic reaction. Since I'm now in Austin, I'm researching for a new dr., and will definitely be getting the procedure. Ain't no time like the present! ;)

I just had my *second* eye job. I inherited the big fat bags and loose skin under my eyes from my dad, and the drooping uppers from my mom. They actually rested on top of my lashes. I always looked tired and looked older. I wore glasses all the time to disguise the bags underneath. I had the first done at 32. Doc told me it would last anywhere from 8 - 12 years. He was right. I'm turning 48 next month and got my second job in June. I don't look 'plastic' at all. I still have small bags under my eyes, but they are minimal and make my eyes look natural for my age. I don't regret either surgery for a second...I hated the way my eyes looked so I fixed them! For anyone seriously thinking about getting surgery, try to talk to people who have had it done. If you like the way they turned out, get their doctor's name. The docs show you before and after pictures of people they've done, but obviously they only put the best results in their sample book! Also discuss your expectations vs what can actually be done with your doctor. ie, a tummy tuck will definitely improve your overall look, but don't expect the washboard tummy of a 20 year old :) Finally, if you smoke, you must quit! At minimum, 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the surgery. People who smoke are not only at higher risk during anesthesia, but they do NOT heal as quickly or as well. I also did the teeth whitening thing. $200 for the tray and gel. I only did my upper teeth because my lower teeth don't show, even when I smile. Made a huge difference, and I can do a 'tune up' if needed in the future. Otherwise, I would like a neck lift - getting pretty crepey there - but it's not terrible, so I'll leave that be :)
