One more question about raised bedsq

Hello, I posted a question a couple of months back about what to fill a raised bed with. Everyone was very helpful and I read through all the other posts you suggested. I have narrowed my choices down to a few options, I am hoping some of you expert gardeners will weigh in, I am very new at this.

I am filling a raised bed with approx 14.5 cu yd (130.5 cu ft) of material for vegetable (tomatoes, peppers, cukes, zuchini, etc). I am in Tucson,AZ so heat, moisture retention, and topsoil quality are a concern for me.

For the price, I am inclined to go with choice#1, but please tell me if that is stupid.

Choice#1: Buy some combo of these from Lowes, these are the prices I can get

Potting Mix 10.97 (3 cu ft)

Manure 0.98 (1 cu ft)

Top Soil 2.54 (1 cu ft)

Compost 7.36 (3 cu ft)

Garden Soil 7.33 (3 cu ft)

Peat 9.48 (2.2 cu ft)

Garden Soil (Amend) 5.98 (2 cu ft)

Cedar Mulch 4.28 (2 cu ft)

small bark 3.45 (3 cu ft)

If I went with 100% potting mix (pretty much as expensive as it gets), price would be 556.20 (including $79 delivery fee)

Choice#2: 70/15/15 topsoil/mulch/manure mix

27 cu yd + 40 delivery fee = 431.50

I may have to add additional organic material to this which would raise the cost

Choice#3 equal parts dirt/sand/mulch (dirt has 3/4" rocks in it)

33.57 cu yd + 50 delivery fee = 486.77

Choice #4: 60/30/10 topsoil/mulch/sand

24.95 cu yd + free delivery = 361.78
