Can Somebody Tell Me What's The Signature?

I have a signed porcelain urn listed on ebay that is gorgeous but I can't for the life of me make out what it says. I think the second word is Chile. Now I spent two hours extensively searching for Chile porcelain, Chile ceramics, and nadda! The link is below, sorry for the length of it,(copy and paste).

Well.....the first rule is don't offer it on eBay until you know what it is!! LOL!
It's lovely....looks French.....don't know nothin' bout no Chilean porcelain ( Miz Scarlett!) Is it for sure porcelain and not earthenware? Where did you get it? Are there any hints there?
I have no earthly need for it....but $4.99 is beyond ridiculaus!
Are you the seller or are you thinking of buying?

It feels and sounds like porcelain. It makes that lovely porcelain sound.

It belonged to my dear Mother in law and she collected lot's of asian pieces. When I say "lots of asian" I can tell you everything they owned is asian or asian inspired and (Lord rest her soul) I've been selling this stuff for months! As for the 4.99 starting bid, from my experience on ebay I have learned: perceived value and actual value are two different birds. We may perceive something as valueable, ie, the age, the quality, the make, but ultimately the market will determine it's current value, BUT only if it's listed correctly! In the world of ebay, listing is everything!!

Perennialfan, Most wisteria leaves are identical. Every variety. Some wisteria vines grow differently, I think the japanese will twine clockwise, and the chinese counter clockwise. You will not really know until it flowers, which will probably be in 8-10 years. That is why most people don't grow them from seed. But, if you are a patient person, when it blooms, you will know better what variety you have. Personally, I would buy one that is already flowering at a nursery, they aren't expensive at all.

I think most of us use photobucket. Just download your pics to it and then we can walk you through it if needed. Make sure you choose your download size as large (they just changed the format today) then you put a check mark in the box by each pic you want to put in a post then go to the bottom of the page and click the white box that says create HTML or IMG on the bottom right then it will take you to another page with a bunch of choices. Copy everything that looks like computer language in the first choice and paste it into your message on here and you can do several at a time. That will make a clickable link so it won't be hard for the dial up folks and you can click on the thumbnails to make them full size from your post.

If life gives you lemons, pray they are Meyers. Based on the lack of a winged leaf petiole, I would guess some kind of lemon, maybe Meyer. It looks like your tree could use some good citrus fertilizer, and maybe water.
