Bingo tomato seeds

Have been to many seed web sites & have come up empty.If anyone has a few seeds that they would swap I have a pretty good variety of seeds that I will supply a list if anyone is intrested in a trade.If anyone has any leads on where I might purchace the seeds I would be very grateful for info.

I'd suggest finding out what the true name of the variety is. There is no "Bingo" listed on Tatiana's Tomatobase or any of the other tomato databases I checked so the odds are 'Bingo' is a name some one just made up or changed.

What is the source of your info on that name?

Bingo is a 1981 Ferry Morse variety. "Characteristics: F1 hybrid, medium early, firm, large, fresh market type with uniform green immature fruit, semi-determinate. Resistance: verticillium, fusarium (races 1 and 2), and tobacco mosaic virus; a distinct cultivar. " NCSU Ferry Morse no longer lists it. It is available wholesale from Harris Moran.
Dave if you google Bingo Tomato, you will get lots of photos, articles , recommedations etc. It was quite popular a few years ago.

Tomato seed need the basic requirment below: Use seed starting mix,dampped by warm water Plant your seeds about 1/8 inch (3 mm) deep. Firm the mix lightly to ensure that the seed is in direct contact with the moist mix. The seed needs to absorb moisture during the germination process. The optimum temperature range of 70 to 80F (21 to 27C). Germination is delayed by lower temperatures and accelerated by higher temperatures. Happy New Year, Everyone! I think I have some explaining to do - bear with me! Ever since I joined GW, I've followed the Secret Santa threads, didn't quite understand how it worked, never asked and never joined in. I finally had some time to read the posts (amazed at everyone's generosity!), imagine my surprise to thanked so many times for the cards and magnets! What happened is this: I had a huge box of Christmas cards, many, many years worth, and this year I decided to do something with them - thus the magnets. Figured they would be great little, inexpensive gifts - decided to send them to all the FOTESS members and others in GW whom I have swapped with this year. Also to family, friends, Bunco group, neighbors, and strangers out on the street (just kidding!) SO that's the explanation as to why I didn't send seeds with them, in case anyone was wondering! Lisa/ishare, Rose and all others - I lost your addresses when my computer crashed - Watch out for Valentine's Day! I'm so glad everyone liked the cards/magnets, I had fun doing them, plus got THAT box out of the attic! All righty then, back to taking down the tree. For all of you with cats: do you have to search under the furniture and in all the nooks and crannies for ornaments before putting it all away? Shirley!

i have bingo tomato seed. what is your variety list on tomatoes I will only trade if the value to me is compatible.My plants can produce 20,40, 70 tomatoes in 3 weeks. I am going to get a better accounting of the seasonal poundage but it is the highest in the hundreds of varieties i have grown. willowgrovegarden@gmail.com

Are you near a Home Depot? They sell Ferry Morse seeds, IIRC, and with little regard for what is fashionable in terms of varieties. You may just get lucky and see it there. You won't find everything they have on their website. Worth a look, anyway, if you don't have to go too far out of your way to see.

Bingo, my favorite seed was taken off the market like all good seed,, I bought 5000 seed as it was going off the market,, only have few left,,, they are kept in the freezer, so the seed will always be good...
