soil test results - N?

My soil test results are in. They recommend just adding 3 lbs. of 34-0-0 per 1,000 square feet. The P and K ratings, in ppm, were 667 and 523, respectively. The question is, will adding all that Nitrogen and no more P and K be suitable for growing tomatoes? [I'll actually be growing them in buckets next year, but will return to growing them in the garden the year after that. The soil results recommend doing the same in 2009 and 2010.] How do those P and K numbers look to you? The U of A Ag. Dept. calls them "Above Optimum."
