Willow Pond does have green frog tadpoles, thanks. And thanks for the advice about the bullfrogs, something I have already experienced. My last pond had leopard, green and bull frogs at first. Eventually all there was were two fat bullfrogs. After moving from Illinois where green frogs are plentiful to Nebraska where they seem to be missing, I needed to get some. They stay in/near the water and the leopard frogs wander far away, so they don't really compete for the same food. Plus they are very tame in my experience, sometimes eating crickets right out of my hand. I actually watched one of the big bullfrogs at my provious pond eat a sparrow that got too close! I will be happy when my shipment of 50 tads arrive.

Looks to me like a regular green frog... not a bullfrog as the ridge of skin goes straight down the back. I see no evidence of the spots that a leopard frog would have. Bullfrogs and green frogs can be hard to tell apart if you can't get close - but leopard frogs and green frogs are quite different so they're not as usually mistaken for one another. He's cute!

I've used the Green Frog tape consistently for the last few years, and have loved it. Much better results than any other painter's tape I've used. I had to repaint a half-bath a month ago, and decided to try Young House Love's method -using a specific brush that they love, without any tape. Wow -I had the room done in record time, and my edges have never been so clean and straight. So after that, I went back and touched up my son's room and my craft room, both of which I had painted in the last year. I was never 100% satisfied with the ''ceiling meets the wall' edge. Mostly because we have textured ceilings, which makes getting the tape to lay completely ice-straight is a real challenge (especially when you are teetering on a ladder). So I went back and did that line, in both rooms, using the brush recommended by YoungHouseLove, without any tape. And I'm astounded and thrilled at the ease and results. I had several green frogs (rana clamitans) at my pond, but when I moved to Nebraska, there aren't any and I would like to repopulate my pond. I already have a few leopard frogs and tree frogs, just need to get my green frogs back.
