Shenanigans_91, You have a 'Bonnie' Spider Plant, which is essentially the curly version to a regular spider plant (curly leaves). The "stems" that the babies grow on are not straight like the regular spider plants, so don't worry. I have an all green 'Bonnie' and mine are looping all over the place, I think but only a couple are straight. Planto

Susanne - Do the leaves look like this? The brown speck is dirt. I noticed that a few of the leaves have a light white dusting. Not sure if it's just dust or something else. I also noticed this morning that there were spider webs. The last several months I've had problems with house spiders so initially I thought it was just my usual spider problem, but now I am wondering if it's a case of spider mites. Here are photos of the webs on the key lime. I've been having problems with the key lime plants. The lemons are fine, but I'm not sure if it's because they are are so much larger than the key limes.

Spiders are EVERYWHERE!! In fact, it is suggested that there is a spider within 3 feet of you just about anywhere at any time. Many live in houses as a matter of course but also many will migrate indoors in winter. Regular vacuuming and dusting (and don't forget all the nooks and crannies!) should keep them invisible and under control but you will never be rid of them completely. And sorry, but your photo is too blurry and indistinct to even see the spider clearly, let alone identify it.
